How effective his advice will be in the midst of a shortage of ticks, though, remains to be seen.
The whole country and the world is afraid of the new species Delta variant of Corona. This species has already started
influencing many countries. Dr Randeep Guleria, head of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), asked for booster shots. On the one hand, when there is a shortage of vaccines in the country, there is confusion about how effective his advice will be.
Dr Randeep Guleria told ANI: “Looking at the current situation, it seems that we need booster shots the most. Which will protect our corona from new and future species. There is a lot of experimentation going on with booster shots. Hopefully by the end of the year we will get these shots. ‘ According to him, ‘Booster shots are second-generation vaccines. Which greatly increases our immunity.
But should booster shots be used first? In reply, Dr. Randeep Guleria said, “Only when the vaccination is completed in the country, these booster shots can start.” The AIIMS chief added, ‘I think Zydus has already finished the trial. They are now awaiting clearance for emergency use. The trial of Covaxin by Bharat Biotech will also end in August or September. Hopefully we will get the vaccine for the children by September.
